Great pool and friendly staff, but dinner service is slow and needs improvement.

Good-sized and air conditioned rooms with climate control, a mini-bar and coffee. Personalized services, great Wi-Fi.

Amazing ocean views.

The poolside service was really good, and the opportunity to have fresh coconut water delivered was a good surprise. Relaxing on the hammocks while enjoying the ocean views made my stay nice.

I was appalled by the broken safe in my room and the worn-out fixtures that looked filthy. And how ironic that I found pizza boxes in the suite I paid so much for? A welcome gift or a room upgrade would have been nice. I almost left a good review, but just couldn't.

Snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters was fantastic! The kids loved running around the beautifully kept garden and the friendly staff treated our pets like family.

My kids wished for more activities explicitly for them.

Solo traveler paradise

Enjoyed the spacious room with that luxurious king-size bed! The infinity pool is like swimming in the ocean without leaving your spot, you feel the waves every time you dip in.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but it definitely felt worth it.

There was a broken safe in my room and the bathroom fixtures looked worn and a bit shabby. On top of that, I discovered some pizza boxes left behind from previous guests. It didn't help that the check-in process felt a bit rushed and left me confused about some of the amenities. The views was good. Dining options were a bit limited, too, a downside if you wanted variety.

The staff were great. The breakfast was decent, with options like fresh fruit and homemade pastries. The hotel is surrounded by palm trees. Clean pool with an ocean view is a huge plus.
